Terms & Conditions — ayo788 User Agreement

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. These definitions apply throughout all clauses of these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary policies published by ayo788.

To register and maintain an Account on ayo788, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ayo788 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by any person under 21 years old. We conduct age verification during the KYC process and reserve the right to close any Account found to belong to a minor, with all funds forfeited.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons under legal guardianship or those who lack contractual capacity may not register.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one active Account. Creating multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• No Prior Exclusions: You must not have previously been excluded, banned, or suspended from the Platform or any other online gaming operator for reasons of fraud, abuse, or self-exclusion. Self-excluded Members who attempt to re-register will have their new accounts closed.
• Own Name & Funds: You must register using your own true identity and fund your Account exclusively with money that belongs to you and is free of any encumbrance or criminal origin.

To access real-money gaming services on ayo788, you are required to complete the registration process and create a verified Account. By submitting your registration details, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

• Registration Information: You must provide a valid full name (matching your government-issued ID), date of birth, residential address within Indonesia, a unique email address, an active Indonesian mobile phone number, and a secure password of your choosing.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ayo788 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you.
• KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, ayo788 requires you to complete our KYC verification process. This entails submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP or passport), proof of residential address dated within the last three months, and — where applicable — evidence of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking account showing your name and account number).
• Verification Timeline: KYC documents are typically reviewed within 24 to 72 hours of submission. ayo788 reserves the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission is insufficient to confirm your identity to our compliance standards.
• Account Updates: You must notify ayo788 promptly if any of your registered details change, particularly your email address, phone number, or bank account details linked to your Account.

All financial transactions on the ayo788 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). We support a comprehensive range of local payment methods to ensure fast, convenient, and cost-effective fund management for our Indonesian members.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods. ayo788 currently accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific methods may vary by member tier or promotional period. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation of receipt.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposit Limits. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits per transaction vary by payment method and member tier; please refer to the Cashier section of the Platform for current limits applicable to your Account.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for KYC-verified members during normal operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may extend during Indonesian public holidays including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Nyepi.

• Withdrawal Conditions: All bonuses associated with a deposit must meet their respective wagering requirements before the corresponding funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• AML Compliance: ayo788 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns may be flagged for manual review, during which withdrawal processing will be paused pending investigation.
• Failed Transactions: ayo788 is not liable for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider's processing systems. If a deposit does not appear in your Account balance within 30 minutes, contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference number.
• Currency: All balances, wagers, and payouts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ayo788 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

ayo788 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this clause. In the event of a conflict between clause-specific bonus terms and a promotion's individual terms, the promotion's individual terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, 15x) and eligible game types are stated on each promotion's page. Bets placed on games excluded from wagering requirement calculation do not count toward the rollover target.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings not wagered before the stated expiry date will be automatically removed from your Account balance without notice.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Members may claim each individual promotion only once unless the promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus via multiple accounts or using multiple payment methods to circumvent this restriction constitutes abuse and may result in account termination.
• Welcome Bonus Eligibility: The new member welcome bonus is available only to first-time depositing members who have not previously held an Account on ayo788. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of account registration.
• ayo788 Discretion: ayo788 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to withhold or void bonus credits and associated winnings if we reasonably suspect that a member has exploited a promotion through irregular betting patterns or bonus abuse strategies.
• Seasonal Promotions: Special promotional events may be offered during Indonesian cultural and religious holidays including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). These promotions carry their own specific terms and time windows and are subject to early withdrawal at ayo788's discretion.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the ayo788 Platform across all product verticals, including sports betting, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) lottery, slot games, crash games, and esports markets. Product-specific rules are published within each game or betting category on the Platform and form part of this Agreement.

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is deemed accepted only once a confirmation message and bet ID are displayed on screen. Wagers that do not generate a confirmation are not valid, regardless of whether funds have been deducted. Deducted funds for unconfirmed bets will be reinstated to your Account balance.
• Odds & Prices: All odds displayed are indicative until a bet is confirmed. ayo788 reserves the right to adjust odds at any time prior to bet acceptance to reflect market movements. Asian handicap (voor bola — Indonesian term for the handicap line in football betting) and over/under lines are subject to change until the market is suspended at kick-off.
• Palpable Errors: ayo788 reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds or prices that were published due to a technical or human error — including mispriced odds, incorrect team names, or erroneous togel draw results. Members will be notified of any void and the stake will be returned.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play markets are subject to automatic suspension during significant moments in a match (goals, red cards, penalties). Bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected and stakes returned. ayo788 is not liable for connectivity issues that prevent timely bet submission during live markets.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per market type apply and are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform. Winnings exceeding these limits may be capped at the published maximum regardless of the odds at which the bet was accepted.
• Abandoned & Postponed Events: If a sporting event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all unsettled bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Exceptions apply for tournament-format events where completion timelines are extended; specific rules are published in the sports betting section.

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the ayo788 Platform. Violation of any prohibition listed in this clause constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to register an Account in circumstances that circumvent the single-account rule.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC documentation, including impersonation of another person.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other members.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate outcomes.
• Colluding with other members or third parties in live casino games, poker variants, or any multi-player format to gain a shared advantage at the expense of other players.
• Systematically abusing bonus promotions ("bonus hunting") in a manner designed to generate withdrawable profit without genuine engagement with the gaming products.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting across multiple platforms using ayo788 markets in a coordinated manner intended to guarantee profit irrespective of outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that exploits non-public information about a sporting event, including sabung ayam (cockfighting) results where such markets are offered.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ayo788 staff, agents, or other members through any communication channel.

All content on the ayo788 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, data, trademarks, and proprietary technology — is the exclusive intellectual property of ayo788 or its licensed third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from ayo788.
• The ayo788 name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of these marks in any commercial context is strictly prohibited.
• Game content provided by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. ayo788 is licensed to offer such games but does not own the underlying software or game assets.

ayo788 takes the privacy and security of your personal data seriously. The collection, processing, storage, and disclosure of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of gaming services.
• Your data is stored on encrypted servers protected by 256-bit SSL technology and is accessible only to authorized ayo788 personnel and regulatory bodies on a need-to-know basis.
• ayo788 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketers. Data may be shared with payment processors (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), identity verification services, and fraud prevention agencies only to the extent necessary to provide our services.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once a limit is set and confirmed, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Members may configure session duration limits and receive on-screen reality-check reminders at intervals of their choosing, prompting them to review their activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel that gaming is negatively impacting their lives may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed during the selected period.
• 21+ Policy: ayo788 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. All members must be at least 21 years of age. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process and at any subsequent point where ayo788 deems it necessary.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ayo788 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement with respect to the Platform and its services.

• ayo788 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from interrupted service, technical failures, or unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• ayo788 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily suspend access to some or all services. ayo788 will make reasonable efforts to notify members of planned maintenance in advance.
• ayo788's total aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• ayo788 is not liable for losses resulting from force majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, infrastructure failures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. ayo788 does not guarantee any particular outcome for any wager, and all betting involves inherent financial risk borne entirely by the member.

ayo788 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement, including the Prohibited Conduct clause.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period as requested by ayo788's compliance team.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or any other illegal conduct.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2, including age or residency requirements.
• A member's voluntary self-exclusion request submitted through the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Legal or regulatory requirements compelling ayo788 to restrict or close the Account.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than confirmed fraud or breach, any legitimate remaining balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Balances associated with accounts closed due to confirmed fraud or breach are subject to forfeiture.

ayo788 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made in response to regulatory requirements, operational changes, new product offerings, or legal developments.

• When material changes are made to these Terms, ayo788 will notify registered members via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon next login, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
• Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially alter your rights or obligations, or the addition of new game-specific rules — may be made without prior notice and will be effective immediately upon publication.

We recommend that all members review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page will be updated each time a revision is published.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ayo788 holds its primary operating license, as applicable to international online gaming operators serving the Indonesian market.

• Informal Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution informally by contacting ayo788 customer support. We commit to investigating all complaints thoroughly and providing a written response within 5 business days.
• Formal Dispute Process: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be escalated to ayo788's designated compliance officer by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute". A final resolution response will be provided within 15 business days.
• Language: These Terms are published in English, which is the controlling version. In the event of any translation being made available and a conflict arising between the English text and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
